一、1. Application

1) Automobile: Automobile industry is one of the most widely used areas of Sinter NdFeB. Permanent magnets are usually used over 30 parts of each vehicle. The consumption of Sinter NdFeB for each HEV is about 2.5 kg for high performance NdFeB and 5 kg for pure EV. With the development of automotive timetables to stop using gasoline and diesel, the demand for high-performance NdFeB permanent magnets will increase in the future.

 

2) Industrial Motor: Sinter NdFeB permanent magnet motor has a series of advantages, such as small size, light weight, high efficiency and good characteristics, due to its high magnetic energy product and high coercivity (especially high Hcj).

 

3)Household electrical appliances: The improvement of energy efficiency standards promotes upgrading. Frequency conversion technology has gradually replaced fixed frequency technology. Sinter NdFeB permanent magnet materials are mainly used in frequency conversion compressors in the field of household appliances, which can save more than 30% energy. At the same time, it can reduce noise and prolong the service life of air 

 

4) Consumer electronics: The field of electronic products is the traditional application field of high-performance Sinter NdFeB materials. The electro-acoustic part of smart phone (microphone, micro speaker/receiver, Bluetooth headset, high-fidelity stereo headset), vibration motor, camera focusing and even sensor applications, wireless charging and other functions require the application of Sinter NdFeB's strong magnetic properties.

 

5) Energy saving elevator: Permanent magnet synchronous tractor adopts high performance NdFeB permanent magnet material and special motor structure, which has the characteristics of energy saving, environmental protection, low speed and large torque. Permanent magnet synchronous tractor can save about 30% of the power compared with traditional asynchronous tractor.

  

6) Medical Devices: In the medical field, NdFeB permanent magnets are widely used in medical, magnetic, health care, nuclear magnetic resonance and other fields because of their high magnetic field.

 

7) Wind generation: As a clean and low-carbon renewable energy, direct-drive permanent magnet wind turbine is the future direction of wind power technology development. The high performance NdFeB permanent magnet material can withstand the problems of magnetic stability, cold and humidity under wide range of temperature changes.
